ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on undergarments, swimwear, or earrings.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please log into your Vallisee account and navigate to the order history page. Select the item(s) you wish to return, and follow the instructions to generate a return authorization. Our team will email you with approval and further steps, including the return address to our designated facility.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify your preference in the return request form. Exchanges are processed based on stock availability and will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item. Vallisee reserves the right to issue store credit if the desired item is unavailable.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring returned items comply with local customs regulations. We strongly advise using tracked shipping services as Vallisee is not liable for lost returns.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These pieces are offered at a significant discount and are ineligible for general return policies due to their reduced price.
